The Group of Seven (G7) countries represent the seven largest advanced economies in the world.  These countries represent more than 64 percent of the global net wealth ($280 trillion), more than 46 percent of the global gross domestic product (GDP) based on nominal values, and over 32 percent of the global GDP based on purchasing power parity.
